My time at Metropolitan State University of Denver, both as a student and an employee, has been rewarding. I value the university's dedication to affordability and accessibility, which enables a wide range of students to pursue higher education. The downtown location offers a lively and dynamic environment, with lots of chances for networking and internships in the Denver community.
MSU Denver's emphasis on practical learning is one of my favorite aspects of the university. My ability to apply my knowledge to real-world circumstances has improved because several of my professors have included case studies and real-world projects in their classes. Academic advising, tutoring, and career counseling are just a few of the many tools that the institution offers.
Though I've enjoyed MSU Denver, there are certain places for development. Increasing the number of housing alternatives available on campus could help students who prefer a more conventional college experience, in my opinion.

Metropolitan State University of Denver is a great school for people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and ideals to really learn at a healthy pace and become the best they can be. Most of my time at MSU I thoroughly enjoyed learning, commuting to campus and completing my required courses. The many different buildings and focuses also help to hone in for practices of individual areas of study. I went to the main campus as well as the business building in my time and being in the business department always felt uniquely formal and focused on executing functions of business. The same can be said about the diverse nature of the main campus with the Tivoli at the center providing food and other campus resources, the library being a social hub and place of study, and the other classroom buildings where you will complete a variety of your starting courses. There are few schools that compare to the modular and open nature of MSU.
